Zimra Kamille's Class! Day TBD Middle Eastern Dance Tent Kamiilah's Musings..... Groove with Kamiilah in some fun combos to spice up your dance and get you out on the dance floor. Classes are open to everyone of all ages and sizes.
Middle Eastern Dance Expo Tuesday Aug 4th, noonish Performing Arts Tent A come-one-come-all dance performance. Kamille will be performing solo. Some great groups come, don't miss it!

Bring a collapsing fan to be your dance partner. Haven't got one? Don't worry, dancing fans will be available for sale at the workshop.
August 19th Performance at Djam at Je'bon! 7:30-10:30pm 15 St. Marks Place Kaeshi of Bellyqueen puts on this event at Je'Bon.... sounds super fun. Kamille will be performing to Djinn.... hooray live music! With beads on for the first set! You know you want to see that. Kamille will break out some RockaBelly style grooves for her second set. Can't wait!

Kamille's Classes: Dancing to the Nines….Turkish Fusion 1:30- 3:30 Thursday
Turkish dancing is well known for its passion, playfulness, and 9/8 rhythms. Kamille will break down The Nine for you and get you groovin’ with it. Then we will learn some traditional nightclub, folkloric, and Romani movements for 9/8, as well as some Fusion a la Kamille. Bring the fullest skirt you can find and zills with you.
Fans! !:30- 3:30 Friday
Have your fan add excitement and chemistry to your dance: an extension of your body, a tool to accent your movement and yourself! In this workshop Kamille shows how it’s done RockaBelly style, blending influences from different dance forms to create fan work that is both exciting and integral to your movement. Bring a collapsing fan to be your dance partner. If you need a partner, Kamille will have fans for sale at the workshop.
Folk Line Dancing
Learn some cool folk movements and fancy footwork to add to your dance or share with family and friends at a party. We will learn some line and circle dances from Turkey, Armenia, the Balkans, and Israel. Fun for all ages.
October Blood Moonth Fire with Unmata before Bloodmoon! Sacramento, CA RockaBelly will be there with fire on! The night before Unmata's Blood Moon Regale we go out to burn it up! (Wait was that funny?)
